RoomMate Movable Cabins operate under a franchise agreement with branches throughout New Zealand.
Because of the variable cost of materials (e.g. freight) and operating expenses (e.g. factory rent), the price of cabin hire and sales can vary from one region to another.
The following information relates to the Cities of Dunedin and Invercargill and the Districts of Clutha, Central Otago, Queenstown Lakes, Gore and Southland.

| Our Cabins: | Our cabins are carpeted, have polyfoam underfloor insulation and meet the requirements of AS/NZS 3001 and regulations 97 & 98 of the 1997 electricity regulations for use in camping grounds. |
Prices (as at 1 December, 2008)
All prices are inclusive of GST
Rental: $45.00 per week or $195.00 per month (Minimum term - six months at these prices)
Delivery: $2.50 per Km. approximately (Minimum fee - $100.00.) Mileage calculated one-way only.
Includes final leveling on your flat site and uplifting the cabin at the end of the hire period.
Some of the delivery cost can be paid in the first six months by an increase in the weekly rent
